History
Shiv Shankar Tobacco Pvt. Ltd. is a third generation family owned business. Their journey in the tobacco industry began when Shri Dahyalal Shankarlal Patel saw a dream to build a legacy. Dahyalal started the journey by selling loose leaf chewing tobacco door to door. His wife, Shri Parvatiben Dahlayal Patel had a big role to play in his success as she helped pack the loose leaf tobacco into small packaging, ready to be sold. What is today a very successful family business, started in a small house by husband and wife. Later as the business gained momentum, Dahyalal’s sons, Girishbhai Dahyalal Patel and Satishbhai Dahyalal Patel joined the family business. Their modern ways and a fresh perspective helped the business grow exponentially. Now the third generation is taking the business overseas.
